Romance in The Workplace

Music for life, never miss a beat in montego..... where there is always entertainment on the hit stripWhere is the hottest singles scene today? Many may say it is in the clubs or at  bars but surveys have shown that romance in the workplace is on the rise and anywhere from one-third to one-half of all romances start at work.
An increase in romance in the workplace is not surprising, several factors of the modern economy have apparently contributed to it.
Some of these contributing factors are:
  • More women being in the workplace
  • Company wanting to have employees wrk longer hours resulting in a decline in free time for employees
  • people working together tend to have similar goals, talents and backgrounds
  • And these days the workplace is a much safer palce to meet people than going to a random bar
As many as the perks of office romances may be there are a number of downfalls that come with them. Relationships between co-workers can and often time do end in nasty break ups with a volatile workplace atmosphere resulting.

Well I dont think its healthy to have relationships in the workplace, as if both gets laid off, the income will DIE in the home if they live together

True thing Tash! Most relationships begin in the workplace as a result of being together for a certain period of time and one tends to get attracted to anothers personality or PHYSICAL appearance which most persons are looking at.

I don't think it's a good idea. You can make some huge problems for yourself in the future.
